About the Job:We are looking for an experienced IT Audit Manager to join our client's team and lead IT audit and digital assurance initiatives. In this role, you will guide teams in evaluating clients' digital environments, IT controls, cybersecurity measures, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and build trust in technology. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage complex projects, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality results while embracing technology and innovation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation and execution of IT control solutions and Service Organization Control (SOC) reports.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit work and compliance with standards.
  • Analyze complex issues in IT environments to provide actionable insights and solutions.
  • Interface with clients and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coach and develop team members, leveraging their strengths to build high-performing teams.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, including the company's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA and/or CISA certification is highly preferred
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Internal or External Audit, specifically in IT-related controls assurance (ITGC, ITAC)
  • Extensive experience in SOX audits
  • Currently functioning at the Manager level
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Can start immediately, if possible
