- Implement and manage Google Analytics tracking and reporting
- Set up and configure Google Analytics goals, funnels, and events to track user interactions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance, user behaviors, and conversion rates.
- Utilize Google Tag Manager to deploy tracking codes and manage tags, pixels, and triggers.
- Conduct regular audits of Google Analytics implementation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align tracking with campaign goals and strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize website performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and custom reports to track key metrics for different stakeholders.
- Perform segmentation analysis to understand different user groups and their behaviors.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Analytics features and best practices to leverage new tools and techniques.
- Identify trends and insights, and proactively communicate actionable strategies to relevant team members.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations when collecting and processing analytics data.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Experience with A/B testing and other conversion optimization strategies
- Proficient in Google Analytics, with certification preferred
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases is a plus
- Ability to interpret and visualize data to drive strategic decisions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web analytics
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
