Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay or Accounts Payable, ideally within a shared services environment or multinational organization. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Solid knowledge of accounts payable processes, vendor master data management, and payment operations. Proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for SAP. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups; familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication skills. Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization. Results-driven with a focus on execution and delivery. Responsibilities: People Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Coach and mentor Analysts to enhance their understanding of processes. Assist the Team Leader with performance management and skill development initiatives. Deliver focused training sessions to address knowledge or performance gaps. Partnership Collaborate with Procurement and other business units to resolve escalated vendor or payment issues. Contribute to aligning Procure-to-Pay practices with evolving business needs and policy changes. Operational Handle high-value, priority, complex, or exception transactions, or serve as a subject matter expert in specific technologies within the IT landscape. Ensure adherence to procurement, payment, and accounting policies. Oversee the accuracy and upkeep of vendor master data. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for process enhancement. Take part in initiatives focused on process automation and standardization. Other Support internal and external audits by providing complete and accurate documentation. Maintain up-to-date documentation for Procure-to-Pay processes. Engage in transformation and change management efforts.
