The Sales Assistant is primarily responsible in assisting the Sales Officer in generating Auto Loan Volume to attain profitability target and continue to contribute to Bank's business growth Responsibilities Pre-screens and encodes application within the standard turn-around time Assists the Sales Officer in relaying approval to client, referring branch, salesman or dealer Assists the Sales Officer in answering inquiries and concerns of the channels being handled Assists client in signing of loan documents (for Direct Marketing accounts) Assists the Sales Officer in conducting follow-ups on the accounts with pending approvals Prepare the loan documents to be signed by the client for Direct Marketing accounts Prepares and sends the Purchase Order and Credit Advice (for Dealer Financing) to the dealer partners Qualifications Bachelor's Degree - preferably with a degree in business or marketing-related courses Strong Analytical Skills Stong Written and Verbal Communication Skills Stong Customer Service Skills Good interpersonal relationship skills Good Time-management skills Ability to quickly learn and adapt in different situations Show more Show less
