IT Staff

• Responsible for deploying and installing of computers in all Departments, Branches and other locations.
• Configure the settings of all computer users.
• Responsible for updating all Anti-Virus software and perform virus scan (full) of all Department and Branches computers, external drives and USB flash drives.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of computers (server, desktop, laptop and netbook), printers, Anti-Virus, LAN, Internet connection, VPN, Network peripherals, OS, MS Office and all other software with or without license for Head Office and Branches.
• Responsible for the installation of authorized software needed by user/s.
• Record the inventory of all IT equipment (hardware, software and network), tools and materials.
• Responsible for requesting to purchase of IT equipment needs for hardware, software and network and or for replacement.
• Responsible for coordinating with System and ISP providers and the like.
• Perform other assigned tasks from time to time
