Angkas' mission is to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by providing opportunities for its bikers to create a source of livelihood that impacts their family and their communities. The Onboarding & Training Manager has a huge role in this mission by enabling Angkas leaders and employees to feel passionate about this mission and create experiences that make them feel proud being part of such an organization. This role will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations for making this happen - you will be responsible for the overall experience of Angkas Drivers undergoing the recruitment, training, onboarding, and incubation operations. What you'll be doing: Manage online and offline channels to ensure that enough applicants are being processed and onboarded to hit the active driver targets of the company. This includes using different social media platforms, and offline channels such as joining job fairs, local government's programs, or creating in house events to drive applications Ensure that the whole operations are efficient and effective in maintaining the quantity and quality of bikers needed by the company. Provide continuous improvement for process flows, communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, and inventory planning of biker onboarding kits such as helmet, vests, etc Actively manage the culture and systems that support a positive and productive biker onboarding journey You will be successful in this role if you; Can manage, work with, and grow junior-level employees Can translate operational situations into data driven report that are actionable to stakeholders Can do attitude to lead and remove blockers to deliver needed projects timely Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role Experience in Recruitment Operations and People Management Proficient in Data Analytics, specifically Google Suite Preferably with experience in digitizing manual application processes
