See where your commitment could take you.Our Civil Infrastructure group is looking for Senior Civil Designer to provide strong technical drafting expertise and a collaborative mindset to support civil infrastructure projects.What You'll Do:

Lead and deliver detailed civil design packages for infrastructure projects.
Ensure that drawings incorporate all design features and maintain the project requirements.
Contribute design modifications to improve the quality and function of the design.
Coordinates with engineers, technical leads, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of design documentation.
Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop site grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway designs.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.
Participate in client meetings and provide technical input as needed.

What You Bring:

At least 10 years relevant experience in Civil Infrastructure projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software, preferably in a consulting industry.
Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to collaborative design reviews.
Prior involvement in Australian infrastructure or land development projects is highly desirable.
Familiarity with BIM workflows and tools such as Navisworks, ProjectWise, or Revit is a plus.
