As a Revit Designer , you will engage in various responsibilities vital to the design process. This includes meeting with architects, designers, and engineers to discuss and brainstorm design ideas collaboratively. Your role will involve developing product designs from scratch, utilizing your expertise in Revit software to bring concepts to life effectively. Employment type: Full-time Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri 7AM - 4PM) Work Setup: Permanent WFH Salary: PHP 50,000 to 65,000 Perks: Day 1 HMO, Above-market salary, Global exposure What people see in you: 3-5 years working experience in the same field. Holds a bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or equivalent with relevant work experience. Minimum 3 years working in the Interior Design/ Fit-out field (Residential and Commercial). Must be capable of independently documenting in Revit. Demonstrate sound skills in overarching concept design to design development. Technical knowledge and ability to develop fit-out details and take the design through to documentation. Experience working with a collaborative, creative, and resourceful team. Ability and confidence in dealing with suppliers and consultants. Experience in the design and construction of interior design and architectural projects. 3D Max, InDesign, and Photoshop skills. Good communication skills. Presenting rough design drafts and detailed drawings for client approval. Ensuring product designs meet required standards. Blending technique and aesthetics to create final designs. Completing job reports. Preparing spatial planning, test fit and schematic design schemes. Creating Renderings and prepare design development presentations and documentation. Preparing construction documentation package including drawings.
