Production Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of production staff on the floor.
• Ensure production schedules are followed and output meets quantity and quality targets.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and performance of production teams.
• Conduct daily shift briefings and assign tasks to team members.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Report and troubleshoot production delays, equipment issues, or material shortages.
• Train new employees and coach existing staff to improve skills and performance.
• Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and submit shift reports to the Production Manager.
• Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., lean manufacturing, 5S).
