As a Lead Specialist for Capability Development, your role will involve executing talent development and attraction initiatives while also supporting employee experience programs and organizational communication efforts. You'll work closely with the team to design, deliver, and evaluate initiatives that strengthen Innodata's culture, employee engagement, and overall people capability. REPORTING STRUCTURE This role reports directly to the Head of Talent and Capability Development and Employee Experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO Support the design and implementation of talent attraction programs by collaborating with external organizations, universities, and industry partners to engage potential candidates. Execute upskilling programs that enhance employee skills and support their career growth within the company. Help build and maintain relationships with external partners to strengthen talent attraction and development efforts. Collect feedback, monitor results, and provide recommendations to evaluate the success of development programs. Support the design and delivery of employee experience programs that foster engagement and belonging. Help manage employee listening programs (e.g., surveys, focus groups), consolidate results, and prepare reports and insights for leadership. Recommend and design initiatives that improve employee experience across different stages of the employee lifecycle. Draft and design communication materials that promote organizational initiatives and enhance awareness among employees. Partner with internal teams to ensure communication messages are aligned, timely, and engaging. Contribute ideas for campaigns and communication strategies that build transparency and connection. Provide coordination and administrative support for talent development, employee experience, and communication projects, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout of initiatives. Perform other related tasks as assigned to support project-based priorities. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Education: A bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communication, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Employee Experience, HR, Organizational Communication, or related roles. Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and writing skills, with an eye for designing effective and engaging collaterals. Ability to analyze feedback and data to generate insights and recommendations. Comfortable working with digital tools, survey platforms, and reporting dashboards. Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, collaborative, and creative mindset.
