Sustain and optimize wafer probe processes by addressing process engineering related issues, and driving continuous improvement. Provide technical support to maintain quality, yield, and equipment reliability in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.`2.0 Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field from an accredited institution.
- Entry-level: No professional experience required. Internship or project experience in semiconductor manufacturing, or process engineering, is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of process control principles and data analysis
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with wafer probe equipment, trim and probe process, and production operations is an advantage
- Monitor and sustain day-to-day wafer probe processes engineering related tasks
- Investigate and resolve process engineering related issues
- Support process qualifications, process engineering related evaluations, and the introduction of new processes
- Document and communicate process changes and improvement activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Equipment, Quality, Manufacturing, Product Engineering) for issue resolution
- Contribute to the improvement of wafer probe process as needed, utilizing project management and other engineering skills when applicable
