- Own and manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals
- Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and inbound channels
- Present and sell solutions tied to lead generation, paid media, and ROAS optimization
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales messaging with campaign performance and funnel metrics
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, KPIs, and marketing challenges
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Track and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and deal velocity
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with decision-makers
- Continuously refine sales strategies based on campaign performance insights
- 4+ years of experience in Account Executive or closing roles (B2B preferred)
- Proven experience selling marketing services, SaaS, or performance-driven solutions
- Strong understanding of lead generation, paid ads, funnels, and ROAS
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate marketing metrics into business value and ROI conversations
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, high-performance environment
