Let's make it happen!As Regional Head of Category Management - APAC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Emma's product portfolio across a region generating approximately €100M in revenues.What You'll Do

You will lead, grow, and develop a high-performing team of ~5 colleagues, including category managers, product developers, and procurement managers.
You will take full ownership of the regional category strategy, ensuring successful product launches and long-term market growth.
You will work closely with the Director of Global Category Management to define and implement product strategies tailored to regional needs.
You will be a strategic driver of innovation, identifying opportunities to improve sleep through a differentiated product offering.
You will act as the bridge between product and commercial teams, leveraging insights and market knowledge to guide decisions.
You will champion industry analysis and customer understanding to inform Emma's roadmap and priorities in the region.

Who We're Looking For

You have 8 years of experience in Category Management, preferably in consumer goods or a fast-moving environment.
You have proven experience leading cross-functional, high-performing teams and managing complex projects at scale.
You are fluent in English and thrive in an international setting.
You bring a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy thinking outside the box to solve complex challenges.
