Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.- Document application processes and updates to maintain clear communication within the team.- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV.- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.- Experience with database management and SQL for data manipulation.- Familiarity with system integration techniques and tools.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
