JOB OVERVIEWWe're looking for a motivated and experienced real estate cold caller to help us generate leads, qualify sellers, and schedule appointments for our acquisitions team. Candidates must provide recorded sample calls so we can evaluate call quality, tone, and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Initiate outbound cold calls to potential property sellers using a provided script or lead list.
Build rapport, identify seller motivation, and qualify leads using strategic questioning.
Gather and document key lead information-e.g., seller name, property address, asking price, condition, motivation-into our CRM.
Set appointments between qualified sellers and our acquisitions manager; ensure seamless hand-off.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, dispositions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume and lead-qualification targets; collaborate with the team to optimize scripts and campaigns.Requirements:Proven experience in real estate cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting; a track record of generating qualified seller leads preferred.
Fluent in English, with a clear, neutral (ideally U.S.-friendly) accent; excellent verbal communication is essential.
Ability to work independently during U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours from 4pm-730pm EST
Proficiency with CRM tools; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace for quality calls.Application Requirements:Submit your resume.
