Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Night shift, 9PM to 6AM Work Setup: Temporary Work From Home, Quezon City Salary: PHP 35,000 to 50,000 Elevate Your Skills: What We're Looking For 2 years of relevant experience Amenable to working on a graveyard schedule Exposure to a US medical background is an advantage Ability to communicate effectively with doctors, staff, and patients Ability to prioritize and organize workflow effectively Ability to problem solve within the parameters of the job description Ability to protect patient privacy and confidentiality Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently Excellent telephone manner Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Your Daily Impact: Key Tasks and Contributions Answer incoming phone calls Archive patients who no longer attend this practice Assist patients with mobility, literacy, language, and comprehension difficulties Book, change, and cancel patient appointments in keeping with guidelines Cull old medical records according to legislated guidelines Ensure messages are complete, details correct, and relayed in a timely manner Ensure patient details are up to date, including contact phone numbers, emergency contact, address, cultural background, and pension card numbers. Follow policy and procedure manual guidelines - bring to the attention of the Manager any items that are not correct or require updating.
