Your expertise in financial management and analysis will contribute to the success of our organization.What You'll Do:

Maintain the billing system to ensure accurate and efficient invoicing and account statement generation.
Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of accounts receivable balances.
Manage and organize accounts receivable files and records for easy access and retrieval.
Produce monthly financial and management reports to provide insights into the AR performance.
Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries related to accounts receivable.
Collaborate with the revenue recognition process, ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines and regulations.
Prepare month-end files and assist in closing processes.
Post sales journals for seller central accounts.
Support the finance, AP, AR, and accounting departments with additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounts receivable management and financial analysis.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
