Take proactive responsibilities in dealing with internal customers/partners on team operations, deliverables, and continuous improvement.
Maintain a high level of supervision and direction to the MEA quotes order team, ensuring that accuracy objectives, productivity, service level objectives, and targets are met.
Assist direct reports in the resolution of escalations in the area of specific support.
Work with Inside Sales Engineers to ensure accuracy of received orders and that the order details received are clean and sufficient for order entry.
Ensure the team's adherence to local and international Emerson trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.
Provide functional backup support for direct reports if volume is high and provide timely and appropriate resolutions to issues of the function supported.
Evaluate individual performance and conduct performance discussions to keep everyone on track and monitor the efficiency of the development plan, and support employees in the application of learning to the job.

Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related courses.
Experience from an individual contributor to leading a team with at least 1.5 years of experience in the current role.
General knowledge of Instrumentation products of Measurement and Analytical
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Access, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong knowledge of business systems (e.g., JDE, Oracle, CRM, etc.).
Understanding of manufacturing processes/capabilities/flexibility, including sub-suppliers.
