● Oversees the strategic management of Small SaaS deployments, ensuring smooth client onboarding and adoption.
● Collaborates with tech and operations teams to align SaaS solutions with enterprise client needs.Account Executive Management
● Manages and leads Account Executives, ensuring sales targets are met and providing guidance on deal negotiations, client engagements, and pipeline development.Revenue Planning & Ecosystem Partnerships
● Develops and executes revenue planning for strategic revenue-generating ecosystem partnerships, fostering collaborations that drive company growth.
● Leads partnership negotiations, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term sustainability.
● Prepares and delivers compelling sales presentations, positioning the company as a market leader in mental well-being solutions.Sales & Performance Analytics
● Tracks and analyzes sales performance, revenue trends, and deal conversion rates, using insights to refine sales strategies.
● Optimizes sales processes and CRM reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making and forecasting accuracy.
● Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and improve customer acquisition strategies.What our Client is Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3–5+ years) in business development, sales, or partnerships—ideally within the healthcare or mental health sector.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
