We’re looking for a Technology Project Manager to join our client’s growing operations and automation team, someone who can oversee projects that power both internal systems and client delivery processes.Your mission? Plan, execute, and communicate technology-driven projects that connect teams and tools seamlessly. You’ll coordinate between developers, automation specialists, data teams, and operations leaders to ensure initiatives stay on track, well-documented, and aligned with company goals. Their founders, having owned multiple franchise locations themselves, saw that traditional agencies didn’t truly understand the multi-unit, local-marketing model, so they created a business that does.They specialise in serving multi-location brands and franchise networks through “Facebook/Instagram-first” (and broader omni-channel) marketing, plus strong operational systems, analytics, and support.Key cultural priorities: * Deep understanding of franchise business models, local unit scalability, and multi-site operations

🎯 Your Mission
  • Project Management & Coordination 🧾: Manage and track technology projects such as CRM improvements, automation updates, integrations, and system rollouts
  • Cross-Team Collaboration 🤝: Work closely with developers and operations leaders to clarify requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Progress Communication 📣: Provide proactive updates and flag potential blockers to stakeholders
  • Documentation & Tracking 🗂️: Maintain organized documentation and project tracking in Airtable or Asana
  • Testing & Validation 🧪: Test new system workflows to ensure flawless functionality
  • Process Improvement ⚙️: Identify opportunities to improve internal tools and processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Platform Implementation 💻: Support integration and rollout of new platforms (HubSpot, Airtable, Google Workspace, JustCall, etc.)
  • Cross-Department Enablement 🧑‍🏫: Coordinate testing, adoption, and training efforts across departments
  • Data Management 📊: Maintain data integrity and ensure documentation standards are consistently upheld
🧠 Who You Are
  • Experienced Professional 📌: Minimum of 3 years in project management, systems implementation, or technology operations
  • Strong Communicator 💬: Excellent coordination and communication skills across teams
  • Tech-Savvy 🔍: Familiar with CRMs, APIs, automation tools, and system integrations (Jira, HubSpot, Zapier, Airtable preferred)
  • Analytical Problem-Solver 🧠: Adept at identifying gaps, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows
  • Collaborative Leader 🤝: Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
