- Provide administrative support to operations, sales, collections, and finance teams.
- Manage office operations, documentation, and record-keeping, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management and team members.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards as required by management.
- Support onboarding, HR coordination, and employee record maintenance.
- Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of operational documents and records.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and partners for administrative needs.
- Assist in process improvements and workflow optimizations across departments.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3-5 or more years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in device finance, consumer lending, or fintech operations.
- Experience in Home Credit, Salmon, Billease, PayJoy, or similar companies is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office management tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
- Knowledge of Philippine office and regulatory compliance standards is a plus.
- Play a key role in supporting a growing device finance business in the Philippines.
