Contact patients regarding outstanding copays and balances in a professional and courteous manner (soft collections).
Collaborate with front office staff and agents to support overall billing and collection efforts.
Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements in the system.
Meet or exceed performance goals related to collections and customer satisfaction.
Handle sensitive patient financial data with discretion and integrity.

Requirements

At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Voice Account

Collections experience is an advantage
Excellent verbal & written English skills
Basic MS tools knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Amenable working onsite in Makati
Willing to work night shifts
