Job Description:Schedule: Monday - Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)What are we looking for?Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of HR generalist or operations experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment regulations, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Proven experience in managing HR service delivery or helpdesk functions.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with Darwinbox Helpdesk Ticketing Systems
  • Experience in a shared services environment or corporate HR operations
What will you do?We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Supervisor to support HR Operations and Service Delivery team. This role is key to ensuring high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle, with a special focus on managing the HR helpdesk function. The ideal candidate has strong experience in HR operations, employee service delivery, and issue resolution, with a commitment to delivering a great employee experience.HR Operations & Service Delivery
  • Supervise daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employment verification, and compliance documentation.
  • Oversee accurate and timely processing of employee requests related to leaves, benefits, transfers, policy queries, and other HR transactions.
  • Ensure HR processes are standardized, efficient, and compliant with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Partner with internal departments (payroll, legal, IT, etc.) to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.
Employee Helpdesk Support
  • Lead the HR helpdesk function to ensure employee queries are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Assign, monitor, and track helpdesk tickets and ensure timely closure and resolution.
  • Develop and maintain HR FAQs, service guidelines, and knowledge-sharing tools.
  • Analyze trends in helpdesk inquiries and recommend process improvements to reduce recurring issues.
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
  • Supervise, train, and support a team of HR coordinators or service agents.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery by streamlining workflows and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Ensure quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on service delivery metrics and employee feedback.
