
HR Supervisor - HR Operations & Service Deliver (AU Offshoring, Hybrid)

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of HR generalist or operations experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment regulations, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Proven experience in managing HR service delivery or helpdesk functions.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Darwinbox Helpdesk Ticketing Systems
- Experience in a shared services environment or corporate HR operations
- Supervise daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employment verification, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of employee requests related to leaves, benefits, transfers, policy queries, and other HR transactions.
- Ensure HR processes are standardized, efficient, and compliant with company policies and local labor laws.
- Partner with internal departments (payroll, legal, IT, etc.) to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.
- Lead the HR helpdesk function to ensure employee queries are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Assign, monitor, and track helpdesk tickets and ensure timely closure and resolution.
- Develop and maintain HR FAQs, service guidelines, and knowledge-sharing tools.
- Analyze trends in helpdesk inquiries and recommend process improvements to reduce recurring issues.
- Supervise, train, and support a team of HR coordinators or service agents.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery by streamlining workflows and identifying automation opportunities.
- Ensure quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on service delivery metrics and employee feedback.
