- Working closely with clients, to identify needs, answer inquiries about the services, and recommend possible solutions and offers.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Knowledgeable and up-to-date with the service features, and the ability to provide options.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Achieve the departments sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Team up with other departments to ensure proper customer service.
- Provide ideas and strategies on ways to improve sales.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all internal data or information integral to the success and continuity of the company.
- Live the corporate values and keenly observe all policies and procedures of the company.
- Accept and performs such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads.
