The Sales and After-Sales Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end customer experiencefrom initial inquiry to post-delivery supportensuring seamless coordination between the sales, design, and technical teams. This role manages Sales Coordinators, Interior Designers, and AutoCAD Operators to ensure accurate proposals, prompt customer service, and successful project execution. The manager will ensure customer satisfaction while improving internal workflows, driving sales efficiency, and addressing post-sales concerns.Sales Management:
  • Supervise Sales Coordinators in processing quotations, sales orders, and client communication.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and project proposals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives and Designers to understand client requirements and deliver suitable furniture solutions.
  • Review client contracts, proposals, and layout plans for accuracy and feasibility.
Design and Technical Coordination:
  • Oversee Interior Designers and AutoCAD Operators to ensure proper planning, layout, and customization of office and home furniture.
  • Approve technical drawings, revisions, and final layouts before production or installation.
  • Ensure accuracy of BOQs and specifications provided to production or procurement.
After-Sales Support:
  • Monitor delivery, installation, and turnover schedules.
  • Resolve client concerns regarding damages, delays, layout mismatches, or design deviations.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to address service issues and provide quick resolutions.
  • Lead post-installation quality checks and ensure client satisfaction.
Team and Process Management:
  • Set team goals and KPIs; conduct performance reviews.
  • Streamline internal workflows to reduce lead time from sales to installation.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to align client expectations and execution.
  • Train and mentor team members for continuous improvement.
