Responsibility & Tasks Accounts & Admin Support Process invoices, quotes, and basic reconciliations using QuickBooks and other systems Assist with data entry for surveillance, compliance, and reporting Organise and file internal documentation and reports Submit expense claims, credit applications, and follow-up tasks as requested Customer & Team Communication Respond to customer enquiries via email or chat in a timely and professional manner Support the admin team by providing updates and escalations Participate in online team huddles and communicate effectively with the onshore team Data Entry & Systems Management Upload camera footage, customer forms, and completed job documents into internal systems Assist with onboarding admin and digital file creation for new team members Ensure accuracy and integrity of all entered data General Office Assistance Calendar and email inbox management for designated managers Support marketing and compliance tasks, including form preparation and formatting Other ad hoc admin duties as requested by the Australian-based team Skills & Abilities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal English communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with QuickBooks (preferred but not essential) Time management and the ability to work with limited supervision Proactive approach to learning and improving systems Experience & Qualifications Minimum 2 years in an administrative or accounts-based role Experience in working with offshore teams (preferred) Formal qualification in administration, accounting, or customer service (desirable) Behaviours Honest, ethical, and reliable Positive and professional work ethic Willing to learn and grow within the team Comfortable working in a remote role with a commitment to responsiveness and results Show more Show less
