Job Summary:The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers to the office. They are responsible for providing a positive and professional first impression while ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.Reception Duties:
  • Greet and welcome visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with office administrative tasks as needed.
Office Support:
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Assist with meeting preparation and coordination.
  • Support other administrative staff as needed.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.
