Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

Prepare the evaluations and cost projections of works in progress

Perform the cost analysis and request for change orders

Collect and analyze data in order to estimate the time, money, materials, and labor required to complete the project

Report detailed cost estimates regularly

Qualifications:

Solid 15 years of experience in civil engineering structures (roads, bridges, tunnels, railways, airports, etc.)

Experience in the international or national project is a plus

Well versed in cost estimation

Can work in Makati

Requirements * Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
