Description:About the Role:We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst – Analytics and Reporting to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting business decisions by analyzing data, generating insightful reports, and identifying performance trends. You will collaborate across departments to provide data-driven recommendations that improve operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and interpret large data sets from multiple sources to support business operations and strategy.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and trends.Present analytical findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define reporting requirements.Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring initiatives.Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in reports and dashboards.Identify gaps in data collection and recommend improvements in data quality and reporting processes.Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.Requirements:Preferably a graduate of any Business-related courses or equivalentAt least 5 years of experience in a Business AnalysisStrong stakeholder management skillsHas experience with Business Intelligence tools and with project management; exposure to business process projects in a multinational manufacturing company.Preferably with ERP experience and knowledge in SQL.
