Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the skills and expertise of our workforce. In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will design and deliver impactful training programs that drive professional development and enhance the capabilities of our team. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees Create training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, and assessments Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions Implement training techniques that improve knowledge retention and application Develop specialized training programs for collections teams, focusing on effective debt recovery techniques, negotiation skills, and compliance with legal regulations Train collections staff on handling difficult conversations, objection handling, and customer-centric approaches to debt recovery Ensure collections agents are up to date on company policies, ethical collection practices, and regulatory requirements Facilitate structured onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company Develop and implement compliance training programs related to financial regulations, fraud prevention, and responsible lending practices Keep training materials up to date with the latest industry regulations and company policies Identify skill gaps and collaborate with department heads to create targeted training programs Train employees in digital lending products, systems, customer service best practices, and fraud detection techniques Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking Work closely with HR, compliance, and operations teams to align training initiatives with business goals Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and learning technologies Recommend improvements to training methodologies based on employee feedback and performance metrics
