Job Summary: The main goal of Amazon Operations Specialist is to support the Amazon Channel Manager, specifically in regards to the creation, processing and tracking of Amazon stocking shipments around the globe as well as keeping our Amazon accounts in good health. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and be able to understand the order fulfillment cycle as well as be able to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Our ideal candidate is an extrovert who can work with minimal supervision, has great critical thinking skills, and is a problem solver. Responsibilities: Create, track & monitor all Amazon stocking Shipments Manage all important documentation such as advanced shipping notices, pick slips, Shipping Labels, BOLs etc. Resolve issues regarding shipped orders Shipment receiving & Reconciling shipment discrepancies Action on negative feedback in our Amazon Seller Account Answer customer queries directed through the Amazon account Run weekly reports + ad-hoc reporting when requested Proactively monitor and fix minor issues with listings Collate & Upload data sets to the Amazon account Ulitize 3rd party account monitoring software Work with management to prioritize business and information needs Locate and define new process improvement opportunities Perform special tasks as needed Requirements BS degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Logistics or a relative field At least 3 years of exposure in International Logistics, Shipping, and/or Warehouse Management Industries Proven related work experience Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, or similar role Experienced with Amazon fulfillment Experienced in working with or at a Third-party Logistics (3PL) Computer Savvy. Must be proficient in MS Excel Working knowledge of any logistics software (ERP) and/or transport management systems. Preferably Netsuite Hands-on experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and preparing shipping documents (eg. purchase orders, invoices, and shipment notices) is highly desirable Data processing experience preferred Basic accounting knowledge is desirable Excellent English communication, both written and verbal Must be professional and friendly, hardworking, organized, detail-oriented, and be able to independently problem-solve Keen eye to details.
