- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and demonstration teaching between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems or recruitment spreadsheets
- Help draft job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms
- Support in conducting initial phone screens or assessments (if applicable)
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates and a positive candidate experience
