Title: Finance Specialist - Cost Management (Laguna) Finance Specialist - Cost Management Job Description Preparing a detailed financial plan or budget for new business acquisitions. Collaborating with PPIC, Engineering, Projects Team, R&D, Store SBU, Logistics etc... in gathering and determining critical information for financial projections. Creating and maintaining financial models for a new business financial outlook. Converting cost calculations and allocations for new products. Reviewing standard product costing from R&D and checking for reasonableness against current and projected prices. Determining and coordinating cost driver improvements and gaps between the business plan and actual results. Job Qualifications A Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a finance-related course. With at least three (3) years of relevant work experience specializing in Product Cost Management, Cost Accounting, or Cost Management and knowledgeable in various cost accounting principles (standard costing, activity-based costing, and cost allocation) and inventory management principles. With at least three (3) years of work experience in any manufacturing industry at the same capacity. Experience in using accounting software and ERP systems Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (an advantage). Amenable to work on a hybrid work set-up in Canlubang, Laguna.
