We're looking for an Associate Operations Analyst to join our Global Batch Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to Monitor Production Application/Batch Processing to avoid the risk of data loss. Position Responsibilities: Monitor Production Application/Batch Processing to avoid the risk of data loss Maintain a timely overnight production schedule and minimize any incident that can cause business outage. Present complex ideas clearly, manages the complexities of integrating new technologies Influence individuals across business boundaries to achieve objectives Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree holders in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering etc. Experience:At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience Two to three years work experience related to Batch Operations. Strong knowledge of technology platforms and environments. (Mainframe, AIX, Linux, Windows, Unix) Background in custom reporting skills using SQL and Oracle.
