Setting discount rates and determining price schedules. Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners. Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation. Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients. Setting sales quotas and goals. Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team. Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities. Defining and executing territory sales plans. Accept and performs other duties as assigned by Top Management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience as a sales manager in trucks, heavy equipment, oils, tires, and batteries. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
