SCOPE The Director of Stewarding is responsible for all aspect for the set-up, manage daily kitchen and restaurant utility operations and stewarding staff in accordance with the pre-determined schedule and standards; according to the sanitation and safety working standards and procedures. Including dish room operations, day/night cleaning, back dock cleaning and maintenance and banquet operations. Maintain the high performance level with maximum efficiencies and able to recommend strategic plans for improvements across all properties. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Previous experienced in similar job role or minimum 15-20year experience in stewarding positions. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Familiar with the Philippines Labor Market. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Best Business Practice. Excellent people management knowledge. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT Work inside and continuously maneuver in and around all areas of the kitchen and outlets. Work at a computer terminal during the shift and sit for long periods of time. Possess good manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including computer, fax machine, printer and photocopy machine. Respond to visual and aural cues.
