- Define end-to-end technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations across one or more modules.
- Translate business and functional requirements into robust, platform-aligned technical designs.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to development and delivery teams.
- Design and govern integrations, CMDB strategy, platform security, and performance.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, release upgrades, and Deloitte delivery methodology.
- Support estimation, solution planning, and pre-sales activities as needed.
- Collaborate effectively to build productive relationships and networks.
- Understand and lead the execution of key objectives and priorities for internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Align your team to key objectives as well as set clear priorities and direction.
- Make informed decisions that positively impact the sustainable financial performance and enhance the quality of outcomes.

- Apply their understanding of disruptive trends and competitor activity to recommend changes, in line with leading practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 8+ years of overall ServiceNow Development experience
- Experience serving as Technical Architect or Lead Developer on medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong expertise in:
- ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
- Flow Designer and Workflow
- Client and server-side development
- Service Portal / UI Builder
- CMDB and CSDM
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Strong understanding of platform security, role-based access, and data protection.
- Ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region implementations.
- ServiceNow certifications such as:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (any module)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - preferred
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
- Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models.
