Our mission is to be the partner of choice for corporate growth, by enabling businesses to leverage the best global resources at the right price.You are a Sales & Account Manager (Mandarin Speaker), a champion in your field. As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. You will play a vital role in driving sales and doing administrative work.Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Managing admin work after an appointment has been set.
- Asking the correct questions to understand the client’s needs and wants.
- Recording business and client’s data’s accurately
- Dealing with any angry prospects in a calm and professional manner
- To research and understand the building and private inspection industry
- To overcome any objections provided by the prospects during the call.
- Selling the services through inbound/outbound calls or other means such as email and other platforms
- General Admin work (e.g. booking and rescheduling inspections)
- Sending and following up quotes
- You will still perform duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time-to-time, aside from the tasks specified in the foregoing.
- 3-5 years of Outbound Sales and Account Management experience
- Proficiency in both B2B and B2C settings
- Demonstrates consultative selling skills.
- Fluent in English (Essential)
- Fluent in Mandarin (Essential), Cantonese (Plus)
- Possesses outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Thinks outside the box
- Exhibits reliability and excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with online CRM systems
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Demonstrates proactiveness and a strong sense of urgency at all times
- Capable of interacting effectively and efficiently with all levels of employees
- Upholds strong work ethics
- Has an outstanding telephone manner and the ability to close deals
- Willingness to work after hours and weekends as needed
- Someone who is HUNGRY to succeed
- Experience in sales in Australia is an advantage
