The Role We are looking for a Partnerships & Relationship Manager to support and grow our network of PSPs, EMIs, banks, and merchants. This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who Is Naturally charismatic and relationship-driven Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders Interested in payments, fintech, and partnerships Junior candidates with strong people skills and basic payments exposure are welcome. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with PSPs, EMIs, banks, and partners Act as a communication bridge between clients and payment partners Support partnership discussions, introductions, and follow-ups Coordinate onboarding processes and commercial discussions Represent FinConnectHub professionally in calls and meetings Maintain structured records of partnerships and opportunities Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, professional attitude Interest or experience in payments, fintech, or financial services Ability to manage multiple conversations and relationships English proficiency (spoken and written) Nice To Have Experience with PSPs, EMIs, acquiring, or merchant onboarding Consulting or client-facing background What We Offer Remote working model Exposure to global payments and fintech ecosystem Fast learning curve and career development Work with international partners, banks, and fintechs Performance-based growth opportunities
