- Assist in the daily processing of purchase orders and help monitor vendor portals to ensure data accuracy.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for accounts, ensuring all customer inquiries are documented and routed to the correct internal departments.
- Help review orders and shipments against company standards and vendor compliance guidelines.
- Support the team by staying updated on B2B infrastructure trends and competitor activity within our retail sectors.
- Assist in processing account orders and drafting order acknowledgments, ensuring tasks are completed within the 24–48 hour window.
- Monitor key account vendor portals for updates on invoicing, advanced shipping notices (ASNs), and order status
- Assist in the preparation of weekly account reports, tracking goals, and updating account forecasts for stakeholders
- Help the team review aging accounts and organize documentation for customer debits, credits, and billing corrections.
- Work across departments (Finance, Logistics, Sales) to help coordinate shipping releases and resolve minor discrepancies.
- Support the development of customized solutions and presentations for key clients using Canva and Google Sheets.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel (data entry and basic formulas) and Canva (for creating professional presentations).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to spot errors in data and manage multiple small tasks without losing track of deadlines.
- A natural ability to build rapport and a "customer-first" mindset.
- Comfortable working in a Hybrid environment, balancing independent remote work with in-office collaboration.
