- Develop, test, and maintain software applications that support production efficiency, logistics control, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Assist in integrating AI, automation, and other emerging technologies into MES and related systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot software issues in a 24/7 operational setting.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and updates.
- Stay current with industry trends and proactively suggest innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of software development principles and version control (e.g., Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to learn and explore AI, automation, and new technologies relevant to manufacturing.
- Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
- Knowledge of Agile or DevOps practices.
- Internship or project experience in software development.
