Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction. Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary. Qualifications With minimum of 3 years BPO Experience Excellent in English Communication Skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate/ College Graduate Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
