Job Description - Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy. - Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store. - Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays. - Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes. - Understand the store situations and customer demands. - Keep focus on stock situation, ensure the stock turnover rate within a reasonable range. - Analyze and act accordingly to competitor's movements and dynamics and make reasonable judgments upon the own brand. - Work as a team to maintain the brand image. - Oversee the basic production and brief staff on arranging displays. Qualifications - Graduate of Arts and Designs, Multimedia, Mass Communications, or any four-year Business course. With at least 6 months experience as a Visual Merchandiser. - Retail industry experience is an advantage. - Strong Communication Skills. - Creative Visual Arts and Multimedia Designs, Planogramming. - Adept at using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup and other creative programs.
