- Liaise with suppliers and user department for routine and ad-hoc procurement projects to secure the best TCO
- Enforce the procurement policy and ensure all purchases are fully comply with the requirement
- Provide support in the Procurement operation area
- Payment term negotiation, contract and vendor performance management
- Assist to benchmark and formulate best-fit procurement vehicles to drive cost savings and efficiency improvement
- Source of information, current trends and best practices in procurement area
- To maintain the master data of purchasing system
- To closely work with (internal) customer the requirement and source appropriate suppliers
- To measure and feedback on supplier performance.
- To execute activities that drive KPIs including but not limited to cost savings, hands free purchasing, supplier performance, P2P, etc.
- College degree, major in business or related.
- Over 10 years related experience.
- Knowledgeable with purchasing system
- Diligent, eager to learn, detail oriented, efficient
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Experience in negotiations, pricing, general purchasing related products.
- Experience in managing external third parties.
- Understand manufacturing and quality assurance processes.
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Knowledge in SAP (advantage)
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent in written and verbal communication (English)
