Role Overview The Production Manager is responsible for managing production operations, production planning, scheduling, and shop-floor activities. The role focuses on ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, monitoring production performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree or technical diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 25 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (adjustable based on level). Experience in production planning and scheduling. Proven experience with Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies. Solid background in manufacturing and shop-floor operations. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in production data analysis and KPI monitoring. Knowledgeable in AutoCAD for reading, reviewing, and assisting in preparation of manufacturing layouts, process flow diagrams, or technical drawings. Good organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Excel and basic production reporting tools Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
