Job description We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level IT initiatives, with a strong focus on Cybersecurity , Infrastructure , Data Center , IT Governance , and Network-related projects . The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope, on time, and within budget. Proficiency in Agile , Scrum , and Waterfall methodologies is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects across cybersecurity, infrastructure, governance, and networking domains. Manage Data Center and Network upgrade/implementation projects ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones. Develop detailed project plans and schedules using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall approaches, depending on project nature. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure project documentation, change controls, and governance practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Track project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities to ensure cost-effective delivery. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies as needed. Communicate project status to senior leadership and stakeholders through regular reports and presentations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred. Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in IT project management, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments. Strong domain knowledge in Cybersecurity , Infrastructure , Data Center , IT Governance , and Networking . Proficient in Agile , Scrum , and Waterfall project management methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset. Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
