Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Infrastructure Manager. The position is located in Taguig. The role involves overseeing IT operations, managing network security, system administration, and troubleshooting. The manager will ensure the efficient functioning of IT infrastructure, provide support, and coordinate with team members to maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities: Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Evaluate new technologies and identify opportunities to improve infrastructure security, scalability, and performance. Provide recommendations on technology adoption and implementation strategies. Infrastructure Security: Ensure infrastructure security is incorporated "by design" in all initiatives. Align security measures with global cybersecurity frameworks. Implement and maintain security solutions to protect against cyber threats. Vendor Management: Evaluate products and services from various vendors. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors. Oversee service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure vendors meet performance expectations. Implementation: Lead and manage the implementation of new infrastructure solutions. Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture documentation. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide L3 support for infrastructure issues. Other Responsibilities: Manage and maintain existing IT infrastructure, including: Google Workspace Palo Alto Firewalls Core Switches & Access Switches Access Points ISPs (Internet Service Providers) Zero Trust Solutions Anti-malware Windows and Mac devices Monitor infrastructure performance and identify areas for improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues. Ensure compliance with relevant IT standards and regulations. Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals. Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management. Strong understanding of networking, server administration, and cybersecurity. Experience with Google Workspace, Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Switches, Aruba products, Netskope, Sophos/Crowdstrike, and Windows/Mac devices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, CCNA) are a plus. Willing to work onsite in BGC, Rotational Shift Show more Show less
