The PR and Crisis Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic communications that enhance the company's brand reputation and visibility. This role oversees all aspects of public relations, corporate partnerships, and sponsorship initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives. The manager also drives thought leadership initiatives, manages crisis communications, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent, compelling messaging that supports growth and community engagement.Key Responsibilities

Lead public relations campaigns to promote Mang Inasal's products, promotions, and community-focused brand image. Ensure messages are consistent across all channels and track campaign results.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders to increase brand presence and engagement. Coordinate collaborations and events that reflect Mang Inasal's values.
Develop content and initiatives that position Mang Inasal as a leader in the industry. Handle urgent media or public matters and implement plans to manage any issues that could affect the brand's reputation.
Continuously improve skills through trainings and workshops. Apply new knowledge to enhance team performance and share learnings to help the team grow.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a bachelor's degree preferably in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing.
Must have at least 5-10 years of solid experience in public relations and crisis management (including the public relations experience in the academe).
Must have strong project management skills and problem-solving skills.
Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid working set-up (2 days onsite per week).
