Global Partner Integrity & Onboarding Lead This position represents a unique opportunity to join a leading global innovator in medical technology . The organization is looking for a dedicated professional to safeguard their supply chain by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of third-party relationships and ensuring global compliance standards are met. The successful candidate will act as the primary process owner for the company's Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) ecosystem. This role is essential for maintaining the operational bridge between global business services and external partners across the world. Primary Responsibilities The 'Super User' and global process owner for the Aravo platform will manage all system configurations and troubleshooting. Every third-party supplier will undergo a comprehensive risk assessment and due diligence process under your direction. Collaborative workflows between Procurement, InfoSec, Legal, and Finance will be maintained to ensure consistent risk mitigation. Technical integrations between Aravo , Oracle , and Coupa will be monitored to ensure data accuracy across all procurement systems. Periodic reviews and monitoring of existing suppliers will be conducted to identify any emerging risks or compliance gaps. Regional teams will receive guidance and training on onboarding protocols to ensure a standardized global approach. Qualifications and Experience Extensive experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Procurement Governance, or Internal Audit is required. Proficiency in Aravo is highly desired, while hands-on experience with Oracle and Coupa is essential. A strong understanding of risk-scoring methodologies and global compliance regulations is necessary for success. Excellent communication skills are needed to manage relationships with stakeholders across different continents. Candidates must be comfortable working a Night Shift schedule to align with US Pacific Standard Time (PST) operations.
