Internal Audit ManagerJob ID499789Job TypePermanent Full-timeLocationPhilippinesCategoriesAccounting / Tax / TreasuryApplications close30 Sep 2025 Singapore Standard TimeKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:GeneralCommitment to ensuring the safety of yourself and others in CIMIC workplaces.SpecificManage and support with internal audits including compliance audits, business process reviews and forensic investigations across the Operating Companies of CIMIC Group by:Developing and agreeing internal audit scopes with key stakeholders;Obtaining, analysing and evaluating process documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, and other supporting documents;Assessing the design and testing the operation of controls;Drafting internal audit reports including recommendations to improve business processes and controls;Conducting follow up audits to monitor management's progress on agreed actions;Assisting in the development of the annual audit program; andPerforming other audit related projects based on management request.This role will suit a highly motivated and experienced Audit Manager with strong communication skills.ReportingThis role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Group Internal Audit.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:At least 5 years audit experience (ideally with a Big 4 background);Ability to work autonomously, proactively and as part of an international team;Adept communication, presentation, interview and listening skills;A track record of timely delivery of required outputs that meet stakeholder expectations;Demonstrated successful delivery of audit services in complex environments;Ability to think laterally and analytically, applying innovation to internal audit challenges;Thorough knowledge of internal audit methodologies, including internal control frameworks; andRelevant academic qualifications and professional memberships preferred.
